Our mascara has a water-resistant formula. This formula provides a gentle, non-flaking result. The excellent coverage on the lashes is due to the intense pigment from the formula. Lashes are thickened and lengthened without clumping or smudging while remaining soft and conditioned. Those with sensitive eyes or those who wear contacts might prefer this formula compared to the HD formula.
