Unfortunately, the heel is an inch more than what was advertised in the comments before they were able to get them up officially. I didn't want to wait because I was afraid they would run out of my size. The calf does not have any extra give. The size is not true to size. I typically wear an 8 1/2 to a 9. I purchased a size 9 but I was unable to get them zipped. Also, the picture made it look like they had a full zipper but it is a small zipper right at the ankle. I didn't even think about these being a nonreturnable item because boots are typically a fall item. I guess these are from last year and I am unable to return them. Hopefully, I will be able to sell them. I normally do not have any issues with my items here but unfortunately, this was an expensive lesson learned.
