The rule: a jean earns a spot here when Newnan can show a customer every size in that style's run. If the run is broken and the warehouse cannot fill it, the style moves to the $40 and under rack instead. Scored per location, so a style can be full price here and on the rack in Carrollton.
How the 20 were picked: oldest first among styles that can hold a complete run, so aged denim gets a real chance to sell before it is marked down. The newest complete runs stay on the floor rather than going back to the warehouse.

Ten of these styles are also on the Carrollton floor. The two floors differ on purpose: Carrollton carries Judy Blue Daisy Petite and Beau Blue, Newnan carries Daisy Regular, The Peyton, The Jess and The Harper. A customer has a reason to shop both.
When a style sells out of its run, tell the COO and another one gets added from the warehouse list. The floor stays at 20.
