Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from delivery or pickup to request a return.

How to Start a Return

  • Use our return portal HERE to begin your return
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions

Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted

  • Local customers can drop off returns at our warehouse/storefront to avoid shipping fees

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • With original tags attached
  • Free of makeup or deodorant stains
  • Free of animal hair
  • Free of smoke or other odors
  • Within the 30-day return window
  • Not marked as final sale

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items priced ending in .99
  • Purchases using coupons or discounts over 20%
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories (purses, wallets, belts, hats, etc.)
  • Items from the Gift & Home section
  • Undergarments, shapewear (including leggings, shorts, tank tops), and swimwear

No exceptions


Refunds & Store Credit

  • We offer store credit only for approved returns
  • Store credit is issued as:
    • A gift card (for in-store or website purchases)
    • App credit (for app purchases only)
  • Store credit never expires

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.

  • Shipping delays (USPS or UPS)
  • International duties or customs fees
  • Lost, damaged, or marked-delivered packages
