Shipping policy
We work hard to get your order to you fast. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. During launches, sales, and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen delivery method. Orders over $100 ship free.
Local Pick-Up:
If you’re local, you can select free pick-up at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Pick-up orders must be collected within 30 days.
Delivery & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info. Jules & James is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are scanned by the carrier. If you experience an issue after shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
Address Changes:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best to fix it before it ships, but we can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at returns@julesandjamesboutique.com within 3 business days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
