What size should I order?
We have a fit video available for almost every item! This will help you see the fit and flow of the item on one of our models. In every description, there is a suggested size chart as well!
How can I distinguish a regular priced item versus a sale/clearance/final sale item?
Items ending in $.99 are always final sale. This includes Hot Pink Deals, Accessories of any kind, jewelry, shapewear, etc. Anything purchased with a coupon code greater than 20% is also final sale.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change/cancel your order, we totally understand! However, we need to be contacted immediately (find our Contact Info here: julesandjamesboutique.com/pages/contact-us). Our girls are always working to be faster than Amazon Prime! Once our fulfillment team hits process (usually within 2-4hrs), we unfortunately won't be able to make any changes to your order and a return can be started from your end once you receive the package!
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an email confirmation or a messenger notification from us once your order is placed.
What payment options are available
We take any of the major credit cards, PayPal, Sezzle, and ShopPay.
What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is like your credit card: you get your item now and pay later! For example, if you spend $100 dollars today and pay with Sezzle, you will pay $25 today and pay that amount every 2 weeks until your total is paid off, completely interest-free!
What is ShopPay?
ShopPay is Shopify's payment portal. If you want a faster checkout, you can enable ShopPay by entering your phone number and payment information. Once you have done this one time, checking out with ShopPay is super fast and easy.
Do you offer exchanges?
Due to items selling out quickly, exchanges are sometimes tough! If you'd like to initiate an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can do our best to help

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your item is received at our warehouse, it takes 5-7 business days to process. However, our returns department is ALWAYS on top of their game and can usually get it processed quickly!
Can I return a sale/clearance item?
No. All sale/clearance (ending in $.99) items are a final sale. No exchanges or exceptions!
I returned an item and it has been more than 7 business days and I still don’t have my credit, what do I do?
Email us at email@example.com and we will get right on the investigation!
I live close to your boutique, is it possible to return something bought online to the store?
For sure! Be sure to fill out your packing slip included with your order and leave it with our girls at the front counter! They will get it transported to our warehouse where your return will actually be processed!
How should I wash/care for my items?
We recommend reading the care instructions normally located on the inside tag on the left side. Most of our items say hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.
I have followed all washing instructions and my item seems to be a bit smaller. Any advice?
We recommend you make sure to reshape your items while damp in order for them to dry correctly. And of course, continue to follow the care instructions on the inside tag.
